At Mint, our stylists have the freedom and control to grow and harvest their business with such tools as; readily available on and off site continued education, a family of hair stylists eager to inspire and encourage, supportive stylist ready to guide you through any formulation challenges and someone to call a friend.

We like to think of our backroom as a welcoming space to collaborate, coach one another, and simply have fun with the career path you’ve chosen.
