How do I schedule an appointment?

Each of our stylists are independent and schedule their own appointments. You can visit our stylist page to find the stylist that fits perfectly with you and book directly with them. 

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand things come up. Please contact your stylist directly via phone or email to cancel or reschedule . Our stylists require a 48 hour notice for any and all appointments. 

What happens if I'm not happy with my hair?

 

Our stylists pride themselves on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure 100% happiness.  We realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you would like to adjust. Please contact your stylist directly if this occurs, Mint Salon is not responsible for any redos.

Can I bring my children?

Please note that a salon environment can be dangerous (and boring) place for little ones. It is not recommended to bring them unless they have an appointment of their own. Mint Salon is NOT childproofed. There are chemicals, breakables, outlets, sharp objects, hot tools, etc. within reach to little hands. 

What happens if I'm running late to my appointment?

Please contact your stylist directly if you are running late. If it's more than 15 minutes late your stylist may refuse service or alter services so that it doesn’t effect the rest their scheduled appointments.

We strive to always be on time for our guests. If our stylist is running significantly behind we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time.
